AI CV screening
An open vacancy brings in hundreds of CVs and someone has to read them all. AI reads them against the job's requirements, scores them and explains every score. Your team decides from a ranked list, not a pile.

Not contacted: misses an essential requirement. If a person decides otherwise, he gets a message.
Every candidate with a score and the line from the CV that backs it. Pick a candidate and make the call.Example with fictional data.
The problem
In high-volume hiring, the bottleneck is the first filter. Reading one CV takes no time, reading four hundred takes days, and meanwhile the best candidates accept another offer.
And when the filter is fast, it's usually blind: keywords that rule out people who meet the bar but say it differently.
What's left running
- Each vacancy's requirements written down with your team: must-haves, nice-to-haves and deal-breakers.
- Every CV read, whether it comes from a job board, email or your ATS.
- A score for each candidate with its reasoning: what they meet, what they don't and what's still unknown.
- A ranked list where a person decides who goes through.
- A record of every decision: who made it, when and with what information.
What it moves
Time from posting the vacancy to the first interview, and your team's hours on the first filter. We set the number that matters with you, in writing, before we start.
Tell us how you do it today. Before we start you have in writing what we'd do, which number it will move and what it costs.
Contact meFrequently asked questions
Is it legal for AI to screen candidates?
Yes, with conditions. The EU AI Act treats AI used in recruitment as high-risk, and the GDPR gives candidates the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. That's why the AI ranks and explains, and a person decides.
Does it work with my ATS?
If your ATS has an API or exports candidates, yes. If not, we look at it in the diagnostic and tell you which alternative makes sense.
What about bias?
The AI only scores against the requirements you set in writing, and every score comes with its reasoning, so it can be checked. Anything outside the requirements doesn't count.
What about candidates' data?
We process it on your behalf and only for the hiring process, under a data processing agreement. The data stays with you.
