What data and why
Express diagnostic: your name, company, role and email, and the answers you give. We use them to prepare the diagnostic and to contact you about your case, which is what you agree to when you start it. Basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Contact form and email: your name, email, company and whatever you tell us. We use them to get in touch with you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
How long
For as long as the conversation lasts and, if we don't end up working together, up to 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, for as long as the law requires (for example, tax and commercial rules).
Who we share it with
With the providers that deliver the service for us, and only for that, as processors (art. 28 GDPR): website hosting, form handling and email.
If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with GDPR safeguards (an adequacy decision such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses). You can ask us for the list of providers.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to privacidad@pisiotechnologies.com. If you believe we haven't respected your rights, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
