Let's talk

Following up property owners

Listings are rarely lost at the first contact. They're lost in the follow-up. We make sure every owner has a next step, a date and someone responsible, without relying on anyone's memory.

Activity

Every contact with its next step, its date and who is responsible, and whatever is going cold at the top of the list. Mark a step as done and see what happens.Example with fictional data.

    The problem

An owner who said "call me in the spring" is a deal waiting to happen, and usually ends up forgotten in a note. With several agents and hundreds of contacts, follow-up depends on who wrote it down and where.

When someone leaves the agency, their contacts leave with them.

    What's left running

    • Every owner contact in one place, whether it came from a portal, the website or the street.
    • Next step, date and person responsible are mandatory: no owner is left without someone in charge.
    • A daily list for each agent, sorted by what you stand to lose.
    • Follow-up templates for email and messaging, written with your team.
    • A weekly summary for management: what has moved and what is going cold.

    What it moves

Listings won against contacts coming in, and response time to owners. We set the number that matters with you, in writing, before we start.

Tell us how you do it today. Before we start you have in writing what we'd do, which number it will move and what it costs.

    Frequently asked questions

    Does it replace my CRM?

No. If your CRM does the job, we build on top of it. If it doesn't, we tell you.

Will the team actually use it?

It's designed with them, around how they work today, and they're trained on it. What doesn't get used moves no number, so that's part of the project.

    What about the owners' data?

We process it on your behalf and only for this, under a data processing agreement. The data stays with you.
